Grading System

C rypfo derives Grades on crypto projects based on the quality of its fundamentals. Across all crypto assets within the Digital Economy (over 5,000 cryptos), 3 aspects have been established as universal for success:

– Value Proposition – Community – Governance –

These 3 fundamentals are identified as critical not only to its success but also its very existence.

Prior to producing a Grade, every crypto asset is initially assessed by the A.I.M. (Asset Identification Matrix)  in order to deduce the cryptoassets Archetype. The archetype then dictates the proper model of the formula that must be applied.

Once a score is established in each of the 3 fundamental dimensions, they are combined & digested into a Final Grade.

The final Grade, which is numerical between 0 – 100 is used to deduce the Risk Class of an asset, which is a letter grade accompanied by a color.

Community Score

In the pseudo-monetary nature of the cryptocurrency industry, the Community is a deciding factor in the long term adoption and viability of a projects success.

This derivative is used to establish the “social strength” of a project. The efforts of the community at large, as well as the internal communities correspondence with adjacent crypto projects. The Community Score of a project explicitly shows the efforts put in by the projects native team, its socio-psychological uptake by its audience, and even a peek at the interest a project’s audience member has towards it.

Decentralization Score

This Score determines the severity to which a project delegates / disperses control through the community. This factor alone does not indicate the likelihood of a projects success; however, when used in conjunction with other fundamental factors of a crypto project, it helps to paint a more accurate picture of the long term outlook and identify whether the project’s actions are concurrent to the “promised” motives.

AVP Score

The AVP (Asset Value Propsition) score is the heaviest of all scores, when it comes to assessing the existential viability of a crypto. The AVP Grade is dictated by the assets Archetype and determines the relationship between a project and its native asset. This metric depicts the immediate & Long Term value proposition of an asset, as it relates to the state of the project  as well as, the greater overall state of the Global Economy & Human Psyche. This Score offers a deeper understanding of the assets likelyhood to accrue value over time.
